•  Follow the height work permit system for the working at height.
• Inspect the safety harness and all equipment’s using in work at height.
• Always select the right anchor point safety harness will not prevent if the anchor point selection is wrong.
•  Select the most suitable work equipment for the job. collective protection must be prioritized over individual protection.
• Risk assess the work including considering all specific hazard such as fragile roof.
• Check the fragile roof, unprotected opening, weather and apply control.

• Don’t hook the lanyard over sharp and weak edges.
• Don’t work without approved work permit.
• Don’t work on unstable weak platform, ladder, scaffolds etc.
• Don’t use untested, unidentified and uninspected equipment.
• Don’t move over the pipeline rack and roof without anchoring of safety harness.
• Don’t overload the equipment such as lifeline, scaffolds etc.
• Don’t over reach and over extended on ladders.
• Don’t allow users who are not competent and confident.
